Visiting Scholar
We are delighted to welcome Noa García as a visiting scholar at the Center for Digital Visual Studies this May and June 2026.
Professor García, from Osaka University, brings outstanding expertise in computer vision and multimodal AI, with a particular focus on how models perceive, segment, and interpret complex visual worlds. Her work stands at the intersection of machine learning, visual culture, and critical inquiry, and it resonates deeply with our ongoing research at DVS.
During her stay in Zurich, we look forward to engaging in collaborative explorations on topics ranging from advanced image segmentation and visual reasoning to the epistemological implications of AI in art history and urban studies.
We warmly welcome Noa to the Center
